Ingredients

    1 pound green beans
    2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    course salt and pepper
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

Place steamer basket in large pot filled with enough water to come just below basket. Bring to boil. Add beans, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and steam until crisp-tender, about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add beans and sesame seeds. Toss gently. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Makes 4 1 Cup servings.
