Ingredients

    1 lb lean hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
    1 c chopped onion
    (1 T minced garlic, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 6 c water)
    4 c chopped collard greens
    2 (15 oz) cans great Northern beans, drained & rinsed
    2 (8 oz) boxes cornbread mix
    (FF milk, egg beaters) - calculated with Marie Calendars mix

Directions

In a large soup pot, cook sausage, onion & garlic over
med-high, until sausage is browned & crumbly.
Drain well.
Add water, bouillon cubes, collard greens, & beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, & simmer for 30 minutes, or until collards are tender.
Prepare cornbread according to package directions
using FF milk & Egg Beaters.
