Ingredients

    Master mix: (feeds 7-8)
    200g (1c) all purpose flour
    600g (3c) whole wheat flour
    1 ˝ teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    Shake very well in a large container
    (10c or more)
    Use within 3 months

    To make pancakes: (makes 12)
    Pancakes: (feeds 2+ adults)
    2 Tablespoons butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    about 2 c buttermilk (to taste)
    or nonfat milk to texture + 46 grams buttermilk powder (used this combo in calculation)
    265 (2c) mix


Directions

Mix wet ingredients first, then add pancake mix, blend gently, just until blended
Cook over med-low / med heat


Serving Size: makes 12 4-inch pancakes
