    1 lb Ground Beef, browned and drained
    1 head of cabbage cut up
    4-6 potatoes, cut into cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    6 carrots, sliced
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and cook on medium heat stirring often until vegetables are tender. Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes about 6 servings
