Ingredients

90% Lean Ground Beef, 32 oz
Sirloin Steak Tips - Raw, 16 oz
Lawry's steak and chop marinade, 1 bottle
Beans, black, 4.5 cup
Beans, red kidney, 4.5 cup
white beans, 2 cups
Tomato Paste, 1 cup
Goya Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
goya chipolte peppers, 5 tbsp
chili seasoning, 6 packets
minced onion, 2 T
garlic, 3 cloves, minced
Habenero peppers, minced.. add to your liking of spice.. we use 3 for this amount of meat
Tips
This is really flexible.. add and cut whatever ingrediants help make it right for you...
Serve with dark choclolate, cheese, sour cream, triscuts, scoops... whatever suits your fancy. Those items are not included in the recipe or the nutrition count.
Directions
Grill the steak tips. (Should be marinaded for about an hour)
While steak is grilling, rinse the beans and put in large stock pot (rinsing helps to eliminate much sodium)
simmer tomato paste and chipolte peppers with adobo sauce.
Add garlic and minced onion to a skillet, simmer and the ground beef.. brown.
Once the beef has browned and the tips are grilled, about medium rare, add all ingredients to the large stock pot.
Stir and simmer about 90 minutes.. the longer it simmers, the better the ingredients blend.
Serving Size: makes about 25, 1-cup servings
