1 lb Laura's Lean Beef
2 can Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
3 Cans Bush's Best Chili Beans in Chili Sauce
Fat Free or Reduced Fat Sour Cream (Optional)
Fat Free or Reduced Fat Cheese (optional)
Typically I serve this with a low fat wrap or tortilla, but it can also be served over rice, or with corn bread, whatever your diet permits and what your preference is!
This doesn't necessarily require a slow cooker - you can also make this in a standard pan, and cook on a very low heat, stirring regularly to prevent scalding on the bottom of the pan.
You can alternatively add in additional items like bell peppers, garlic, etc...
I should note that I typically make large batches at a time because this recipe stores / freezes extremely well.
Combine beans, onion, tomatoes and seasoning into slow cooker, and mix.
Add beef, and mix.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Serving Size: makes approximately 10 servings
