    120gms ground turkey meat
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp chilli powder
    tsp fresh thyme
    1 tsp ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Roll into meatballs - how many you have depends on the size meatball you roll.
4. Cook on a baking sheet or a rack for around 30 or so minutes - until cooked through.
5. Serve with my 90gms veggie allocation.
