    2 Chicken Breasts, no skin, sliced to make 4 strips.
    Poultry Seasoning
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1 Tangerines, juiced by using a hand blender


Recipe requires blender or stick blender.


Oven on 350 F
Sprinkle chicken liberally with poultry seasoning
Put in oven
Juice the tangerine by removing skin and seeds and using hand blender to pulverize it. When juiced, add olive oil and mix more.
Cook in a small pot until it thickens.
At intervals, brush chicken with tangerine/evoo combination. Final brushing about 10 minutes before it's finished.
Chicken should be baked through about 50 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings -- with 2 strips in each serving.
