Introduction

This is my version of All recipe's "The Best Spanish Rice". It is super good and super easy! This is my version of All recipe's "The Best Spanish Rice". It is super good and super easy!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
    2 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup chunky salsa
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin

Directions

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Mix rice into skillet, stirring often. When rice begins to brown, stir in chicken broth and salsa. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, Let stand off hear for 5 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed.

Serving Size: serves 6
