Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 tbsp butter
    2 carrots
    2 leek
    1 medium onion
    2 sweet potato
    1 medium turnip
    5 cups vegetable stock
    1/2 cup milk
    Spike seasoning, salt, pepper

Directions

Chop and sautee all the vegetables in the butter for 5 minutes. Add the soup stalk, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in milk and seasoning, then blend in a food processor. Re-heat to serve.
