Introduction

We cooked some beef in the slow cooker with the onions, garlic, mushrooms, beef stock and wine and it made an absolutely delicious gravy. We cooked some beef in the slow cooker with the onions, garlic, mushrooms, beef stock and wine and it made an absolutely delicious gravy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Beef Stock
    1/4 cup Red Wine
    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1 med. clove Garlic minced
    1 Tbsp. Corn Starch, .06 cup (remove)
    1 cup Mushrooms sliced/quartered

Directions

Chop onions, mince garlic, slice mushrooms, place all ingredients in slow cooker with beef and let cook till meat is tender. Gravy can be served over beef or other foods.

Serving Size: 4 (about 2 Tbsp each)
