Ingredients

1 - 4 Oz. chicken breast
1/2 Cup Prego Spaghetti Sauce (or any sauce you like)
1/4 Oz. Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs Italian Seasoned
Directions
Place Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish - set aside
Grate the parmesan cheese - set aside
Cut the Chicken breast in half, but not all the way through, butterfly it. Then Pound it down to a thin even piece.
Rinse the chicken with water, and let drip off excess water, lay on top of the bread crumbs, then turn over and pat the crumbs into the chicken, when thoroughly coated, place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake approx 15 minutes to crisp up the bread crumbs, then remove and top with the sauce & Parmesan cheese and continue to bake until the internal temp of the chicken reaches 165 degrees & the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven to a plate and enjoy
