    2/3 cup canned, no-salt added Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
    4 tsp Water
    1 tbsp Tahini
    1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp chopped Garlic


In a food processor, puree the canned chickpeas (after rinsing and draining), water, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and garlic. Spread puree in a bowl; top w/ a pinch of salt and (optional - NOT listed in calculation) 1 tsp pine nuts.

Also NOT listed in calculations: eat w/ whole-wheat pita and 1/2 cup of sliced radish and 1/2 cup red bell pepper.
