    3/4 C. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 C. honey (some people like more, so if you add some, adjust your calories)
6 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or minced
1/3 C. grated fresh ginger root
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Create marinade by combining soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until honey "melts" into the soy sauce. Add the chicken to the bowl, turning to coat well. Refrigerate overnight. Turn chicken again in the morning.

When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350. Pour contents of bowl into a casserole dish, placing chicken side-by-side in one layer. Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Makes 4 servings, and tastes delicious with steamed broccoli and rice.
