Ingredients

    Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice noodles (1 box)
    Annie Chun's Pad Thai Sauce (10 tbsp)
    3 Tbsp Olive Oli
    3 cloves Garlic
    1 Shallot
    8 oz Chicken Breast
    2 Eggs
    1 Cup Bean Sprouts
    Cilantro - garnish
    Lime Juice - garnish
    Peanuts - Garnish

Directions

Heat wok or pan over high heat. Add oil (Half) garlic, shallots and chicken. Cook until chicken is done, set aside. Add remaining oil and eggs, then scramble. Reduce heat to low, add sauce and noodles. Toss until well mixed. Add chicken and bean sprouts. Toss well. Garnish with lime, Cilantro and peanuts.
