    1 box of elbow macaroni noodles (16 oz)
    2 packages of Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (20 oz)
    1/2 stick of salted butter
    2 cups of non-fat milk


You can adjust the cooking time, per your preference. Less time for softer noodles, more time for crunchier noodles.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook macaroni noodles, until slightly firm.
While the macaroni is cooking, cut the cheese up into small squares. Set aside in a separate bowl.
Drain cooked macaroni noodles and place in a casserole dish.
Add 80% of the cheese to the casserole and stir into the macaroni.
Pour milk, add butter, and stir into the macaroni.
Add the remaining cheese to the top of the casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
