    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup (remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 8 oz (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 1.33 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pecans, .33 cup, halves (remove)
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup (remove)


Place rinsed quinoa, water, non-dairy milk, and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil, then lower temperature and cook for 15-20 more minutes, until liquid is absorbed and quinoa is light and fluffy.
Meanwhile, place chopped pecans in a dry pan and toast on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Once quinoa is cooked, stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Separate quinoa into 4 serving bowls. Drizzle each bowl with 1 tsp maple syrup, and 1/4 of the pecans and blueberries. Enjoy!
