    1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 cup sour cream
    3 cups cubed cooked chicken
    10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1 can (14.5 ounce) green enchilada sauce
    3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
    1/4 cup sliced ripe olives


Combine soup and sour cream; stir in chicken. Dip each tortilla in enchilada sauce. Fill each tortilla with about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture; top with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Roll tortilla up and place seam side down in a greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with onion, olives and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 10 enchiladas
