    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 cloves Garlic
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    2 can Canned Tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups Carrots, raw
    1 1/2 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1/2 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red,
    2 cup, pieces or slices fresh Mushrooms, fresh,
    2 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1/4 cup Parsley
    2 tbsp Basil
    4 fl oz Red Wine


In a saucepan saute onion and garlic with olive oil over medium heat until they start to become clear. Add other ingredients to the onion and garlic mixture in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
