Ingredients

    2 cans ( 15 oz. ) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can ( 14.5 oz ) stewed tomatoes
    1 can ( 14.5 oz ) diced tomatoes
    1 can ( 14.5 oz ) chicken broth
    1 can ( 11 oz ) mexicorn, drained
    1 can ( 7 oz ) chopped green chiles
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 T chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

In a stockpot combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer until heated trough. Garnish with cilantro, sour cream or cheese.

Serving Size: 1.5 cups
