Ingredients

    2 T. butter
    1/2 c. shallots, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. corn kernnels
    dash of salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    2 t. lime zest

Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shallots and garlic to pan; saute 2 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper, saute 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in green onions and lime.
