Slow cooker beef with garlic spread and barley served with corn and rice. Slow cooker beef with garlic spread and barley served with corn and rice.
Number of Servings: 4


    Beef, top sirloin, 1 piece
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Barley, pearled, raw, 0.125 cup
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, .25 tbsp
    Onion powder, .25 tsp
    Allspice, .25 tsp
    Kroger Garlic Spread (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 2 serving
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup


Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef on bottom of pot.
Drizzle teriyaki sauce over beef.
Sprinkle with onion powder and Allspice.
Add water to pot around base of beef.
Apply garlic spread over beef, covering top.
Sprinkle pearled barley atop garlic spread.
Drain and add corn around beef in water.
Cover and set on Low.
Shortly before serving, cook rice.
