    475g pizza flour or bread flour (strong type or '00')
    1 tsp active dry yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    1.75 tbsp milk powder
    2 tbsp olive oil
    330mL water


Place all ingredients into breadmaker in order listed, set to pizza dough setting and start (takes approx. 45 mins). Alternatively, combine all ingredients by hand until a dough forms, allow to rise.
Take out of breadmaker and turn onto a floured work surface. The dough will be quite sticky; knead until it has picked up enough flour to be not sticky anymore and all the air bubbles have popped.
Divide the ball of dough in half, then in half again, making a total of four balls of dough.
Place dough balls on a tray and cover with a teatowel or cling film. Leave in a warm place (such as on top of the stove as you pre-heat it) for 10 minutes or so, to allow to rise again.
Once risen, take a ball and knead it slightly, then roll out into desired size & shape. Top with your favourite toppings (nutritional content not included) and place into the oven to cook for approximately 10-15 minutes.
