    8 sole fillets, aprox 70 g each (about 1 lb)
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp old bay


spray pan well
layer fillets in single layer in pan.
sprinkle with lemon juice and old bay.

broil 6-10 minutes until flaky and done! watch carefully!
