    3 cans black eyed peas drained
    2 cups browned 93% lean ground beef
    2.75 cups cooked brown rice
    1.25 cups shredded colby/jack cheese
    one 14 oz. can tomato sauce


Mix ingredients together, place in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Cover pan with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
