Ingredients

    1 15 oz can garbonzo beans/chick peas
    1/2 c. almond butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 c. chocolate chips

Tips

Almond butter can be substituted for Cashew butter or Peanut butter.

Be sure to blend until chick peas are smooth (think hummus)


Directions

combine garbonzo beans, brown sugar, salt, almond butter, and baking soda in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Place in a bowl and mix in the chocolate chips. scoop by tablespoons onto a GREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
