    2 Cans Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce
    1 Block Firm Tofu
    1/2 Medium Onion
    1/3 Bell Pepper
    21 Large Black Olives
    4-7 Medium Mushrooms


With a small amount of olive oil or cooking spray, cook the tofu for a few minutes, breaking it up. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add bell peppers, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add olives, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, cook 1 minute. Add sauce, lower heat and cook until hot all the way through.
Serve with pasta noodles.
