    12 oz. pasta
    12 oz. chicken (4 breasts)
    1 cup fat free evaporated milk
    1/2 c. parmesan


Cube chicken and start pot of water to boil. Saute onion and garlic -- add chicken to pan when onions start to look clear. Cook through. Add evaporated milk and slowly simmer. Put pasta in to boil. Drain pasta once it's done, stirring sauce entire time. Slowly add parmesan and egg yolk to sauce to thicken. Remove from heat and mix with pasta. Six servings at 225 calories.
