Ingredients

    6 potatoes cubed
    3 T. Olive oil
    1 T. dried Rosemary
    1 t. garlic salt
    2 1/2 T. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Wash the potatoes and cut them in cubes.
Put them in a large bowl and add the olive oil, rosemary, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Mix together.
Place on a baking sheet.
Heat oven to 450. Cook for 40 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
