Quick and easy classic tuna cassarole with peas. Quick and easy classic tuna cassarole with peas.
Number of Servings: 8


    1/3 box Barilla Rigatoni
    1 pkg frozen peas
    1 10 oz can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 cup Silk light vanilla soy milk
    1 can albacore tuna in water
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbs garlic powder
    3 Tbs black pepper
    2 cups shredded 2% colby or cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In casserole dish combine tuna, soup, soy milk, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Defrost peas and combine with mixture. Prepare pasta per box instructions. Drain pasta and stir into mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
