Ingredients

    4 Boneles Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
    1/4 cup Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    3/4 cup Whole Wheat Cracker Crumbs
    1 Tbsp Thyme
    1 Tsp Paprika

Directions

1) Heat oven to 425.

2) Spray rack of broiler pan or baking dish with cooking spray.

3) Pour dressing into a small bowl. Mix cracker crumbs, thyme, and paprika in another small bowl or plastic bag. Dip chicken into dressing, then coat with crumb mixture. Place on rack in broiler pan.

4) Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and juice is no longer pinkwhen centers of thickest pieces are cut.

    I was searching for a Chicken recipe that I could use with what I had available and found this one. My college-aged Daughter actually "exclaimed" how great this chicken tasted and asked to have again...soon! I loved it also. Very easy, crispy and yet so tender. - 7/19/08
