Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

*2 Tbsp Marzetti Simply Dressed Strawberry Poppyseed (I found this at my Kroger in the healthy refrigerated section. It is an all natural vinaigrette made with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and contains omega-3 ALA)
    *2 Cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
*2 Oz Tyson Diced Chicken Breast (found in the freezer section)
*1 Tbsp Almond Accents Oven Roasted No Salt (found these in the produce are of Wal-mart, you could use any almonds, but best to make sure that they're unsalted)
*1 cup of Sliced Strawberries (I used fresh, but you should be able to eat frozen)

Tips

I used fresh strawberries, but I may try frozen in the future depending on how they look for the time of the year it is.

Directions

Microwave the Tyson Chicken Cubes in the microwave for 3 minutes. Wash and cut up 1 cup of strawberries. Prepare 2 cups of spinach in bowl. Add to that the strawberries and chicken cubes. Add 1 Tbsp of the Almonds and 2 Tbsp of the Dressing and Stir!
