    1.5 c. Doritos
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    dash of pepper
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can (7 oz.) whole green chiles
    2 oz. jack cheese, cut into strips
    1 egg, beaten
    4 T. chopped cilantro
    2 oz. jack cheese, grated
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro


Crush Doritos and mix with the garlic powder, cumin, chile pepper and pepper, set aside. Rinse chicken and pat dry with a disposable paper towel.
Pound the chicken to 1/4" thickness. Lay a green chile piece, then a slice on cheese on each flattened chicken breast. Roll up tightly, tucking in edges.
Dip chicken in egg, then into Dorito mixture. Bake at 375 degree for 30-45 minutes
Sprinkle with grated cheese the last 5 mintues of baking. Top with chopped cilantro. Serves 6.
