    150g unsalted butter
    75g cocoa
    275g caster sugar
    75g plain flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla essence


Melt butter, sugar and cocoa together in a saucepan.

Off the heat, whisk in eggs and vanilla, then flour. Mix until smooth.

Pour into 20 x 20cm baking tin, lined with paper. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 30-35 mins until centre is just set.

Cool in tin, then cut into squares.
