Number of Servings: 4


    1 T coconut oil
    16 oz ground bison
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp Liquid amino acid
    1 T chopped garlic
    1 sprig of fresh rosemary, chopped

    2 plum tomatoes, chopped
    8 large cabbage leaves


Add salt and pepper for seasoning if you wish.


In a large pot of boiling water, toss in cabbage leaves and reduce to gently rolling boil. Do not overcook.

Melt coconut oil, add amino acid and chopped onion, cook until onion is translucent, remove from pan and set aside. Add ground bison, cook til browned, then add garlic and rosemary and add the onion mixture back in. Remove from heat.

Gently remove cabbage leaves from boiling water and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes.

On a plate or flat surface, place cabbage leaf with stem side away from you. Spoon in 2 oz of bison meat and 2 T chopped tomato. Fold in sides of leaf and gently roll. Place seam side down on serving plate. Make 8 rolls.

Microwave to heat before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 4 2-roll servings.
