    1 lb italian sausage
    3 (15 oz) cans of tomato sauce (or combo or tomato sauce and diced tomatoes)
    1/2 medium onion
    basil and salt to taste
    1 8oz container of part skim ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzarella
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 pkg lasagna noodles


Brown sausage in skillet, add onion, basil and salt.
In a separate bowl combine 1 cup mozz., 1 cup parm,and ricotta cheese.
Create layers in crock pot starting with meat, then noodles, then cheese. Top layer should be meat mixture.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add reserved cup of mozzerella cheese about 10 minutes before eating.
