Ingredients

    1 Large Egg
    1/4 C Egg Beaters Egg Whites
    2 Strips Oscar Meyer Low Sodium Bacon
    1/2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty
    3 Tbsp Diced Onions
    3 Medium Mushrooms Diced
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    2 Tbsp Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

1) Dice Bacon, Onion, Mushroom & Sausage
2) Add oil to 9" non-stick saute pan and bring to heat.
3) Mix Egg and Egg Beaters in a bowl
4) Add Ingredients from step 1 to pan and saute . Season to taste
5) Add Eggs to pan, let cook 30 seconds then slide rubber spatula under eggs and lift tilting pan so liquid eggs can run under cooked eggs. Repeat until most of liquid is gone. Cook 30 to 45 seconds then flip.
6) Sprinkle 1 Tbsp Cheese on 1/2 the omelet. Fold in half onto plate. then top with remaining Cheese.
7) I usually Microwave it about 30 - 45 seconds to make sure all egg is cooked.
