Ingredients

    1 cup Lifeway plain, low fat kefir
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 Clementine
    1/2 banana
    3 ice cubes
    3 medium strawberries
    1 tbsp of cinnamon

Tips

You can also add 1/2 cup of frozen spinach for a nutrient boost; I just did not have it on hand.


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender, chop ice first, then blend until smooth. Now drink it.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups
