Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Better Than Bullion, 8 cups prepared
    Garlic, 1 clove
    *Grill Mates Mesquite Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
    *Potato, 5 large
    Carrots, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, 1.75 cup, diced
    *Tyson Whole Roasted Chicken, half of precooked chicken (about 1lb chicken meat)
    enough water to cover all other ingredients
    instant potato flakes, .75 cup

Directions

chop potatoes, carrots, and celery. in a large pot, add all vegetables and seasoning to prepared better than bullion mixture. cook until potatoes and carrots are tender. while cooking vegies, chop up chicken meat into small pieces. once vegies are tender, add chicken and heat for ~5 minutes. for a thicker soup, add instant potato flakes to soup just prior to serving.

Serving Size: makes 8-10 2 cup servings
