    8 oz. cooked fettucine or linguini pasta
    4 chicken breasts
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 orange bell pepper, chopped
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper to taste


Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and sautee for about a minute, or until slightly browned.
Add chicken breasts and cook until slightly browned.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Add peppers and sautee with chicken until softened. Toss entire contents of skillet in the balsamic vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve as one chicken breast and peppers on a bed of pasta!
