Tips

This is a favorite Christmas morning tradition - I make up the dough the night before, roll and bake in the morning. Delicious!

Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add white sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs and flour. Mix well; knead into a ball. Allow to rise to double in size (or let rise overnight in refrigerator). Roll out to 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Spread dough with 1/4 c. softened butter; sprinkle with 1 c. brown sugar and 3 T. cinnamon. Roll up length wise. Cut into 1 slices and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Whip butter, add powdered sugar and milk to attain your desired consistency - spread on warm rolls and serve.
