Filling and tasty! Filling and tasty!
Number of Servings: 3

8 oz. extra lean ground beef
1 can contadina tomato paste with pesto
1 can Muir Glen fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 packed Swanson flavor boost beef seasoning
1 cup fresh mushrooms, cut in large pieces
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 box DeLallo potato gnocchi

top with a sprinkle of parmesan

Sauce is surprisingly quick to cook and has a deep rich flavor. I think adding the flavor boost increased it. Next time I'll put in more mushrooms as well as shredded carrot and possibly celery.

Brown beef with mushrooms, onions, garlic. When browned, add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Add flavor boost.

While meat sauce simmers, bring 4-5 quarts of water to simmer in large sauce pan. Add gnocchi, boil for 4 minutes.

Top gnocchi with sauce; sprinkle with parmesan or other cheese if desired.

Serving Size: Makes three-four servings
