    Onions, raw, 2 medium
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch
    1 clove garlic
    1tsp ginger
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup cooked


cook meat according to directions. set aside.
spray pan with cooking spray. add vegetables cook for 4-5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. add garlic and ginger. cook additional 1 minute. remove from pan and set aside. respray pan with cooking spray. scramble eggs and cook just until done. add cooked rice to pan with eggs add 1/4 cup water and stir. add vegetables and meat stir together everything. cook for additional 1-2 minutes to let flavors simmer together. serve while hot.
