    Onions, raw, 2 medium
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp ginger
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    2 cups white rice, cooked


cook meat. set aside. spray pan with cooking spray add vegetables. cook 4-5 minutes until broccoli is tender. add garlic and ginger. cook 1 minute longer. remove from pan set aside. respray pan with cooking spray. add scrambled up eggs and cook until eggs are done but not over cooked. add cooked rice and 1/4 cup water stir together. add vegetables and meat stir everything together and let flavors marinate together for 2-3 minutes. serve hot.
