    * Sweet potato, 2 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)
    * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.08 cup (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    * Pecans, .08 cup, chopped (remove)


Preheat oven to 400; pierce potatoes with a fork; bake for 45 mins. Remove from oven & cool. Whenc ool, remove skin & chop potatoes. Combine sweet potatoes & 3/4c of broth in blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth, set aside. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour & ginger and then add milk. Cook, stirring until slightly thickened & bubbly, about 5mns. Add sweet potato mixture & remaining 1 1/4c broth. Cook & stir until heated through. Pour into serving bowls, top with pecans (if you want).
Serving size is 1 cup.
