Introduction

Ingredients

    Fat Free Sour Cream
    Fat Free Cream Cheese
    Onion (green onion better but I used regular because it was all I had)
    Garlic
    Ground Ginger
    Soy Sauce
    Sugar
    Crab meat
    Won ton wrappers

Directions

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, onion, garlic, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl. Add in crab meat.

Put about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the sides of the wrapper and fold it over and press to seal. remove air pockets with fingers and try to seal well (or the cheese will come out when baking).

Preheat oven to 415 degrees, place crab rangoon on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray and spray the tops of the rangoon lightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 20 Wontons (about 5 servings)
