I had 4 leftover hamburger buns that needed a purpose.. So, Croutons! I had 4 leftover hamburger buns that needed a purpose.. So, Croutons!
Number of Servings: 8


    Great Value Hamburger Bun, 4 buns
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (or 1 clove if you have it)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (fresh, if using dried, use 2 tsp)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp


Excellent in soup!


Preheat oven to 350
Cube the buns, put in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix all other ingredients. When mixed together, pour over bread cubes and toss until coated.
Spread evenly over a baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Give it a stir halfway through.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (approx. half a bun worth)
