    1 1b. chicken thighs
    1 Cup soy sauce
    1 Cup cider vinegar
    1 Cup water
    3 cloves garlic smashed
    1 med onion cut in large pieces
    1 bay leaf
    2 splenda packets


Combine all ingredients. Place in large dutch oven. Cook uncovered on stove top on med/high until boiling. Once boiling, turn down to medium, cover and simmer about 40 minutes or until chicken is done. This dish is more flavorful if marinated overnight. Serve over rice using broth.
