    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed

    Salsa, 2 cup

    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 2 cup

    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup

    Cabot Vermont 50% Light Pepper Jack Cheese, 4 oz shredded

    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp

    Goya, White beans, 2 cup


Dice and cook chicken breast

Mix all ingredients except sour cream and cheese in a large pot and heat thoroughly

Divide into 4 bowls and garnish with 1 oz shredded cheese and 1 tbs sour cream
