    2 Cups Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers , 0.5 cup, chopped
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1/2 avacado, chopped
    Beans, black, .25 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 2 packets
    Salsa, 2 tbsp
    Ground cumin, 1/2tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup


mix everything but the cheese and romaine. Place 1c servings of romaine in a bowl and top with 1/4 of the chicken mixture, top with 1/4cup of cheese and serve!
